If you have never created a keystore before you can follow the Android Studio User Guide. You will see a prompt asking for a keystore, which you can either provide one if you already have one or create one. Go to Build > Generate Signed APK to do this. Once Android Studio finishes setting up the project, compile it as a signed APK.
